employment programme

Our objective

The organization makes a lot of effort to support the socioeconomic integration of refugees, migrants, and South Africans who are “in need” by making employment opportunities in the hospitality sector, housekeeping, retail cashiering, office administration, etc. much easier to come by.
In relation to this, our top concerns are:
Make employers aware of the Placement Service, use them, and facilitate the recruitment and placement of at employers’ request. Promote the inclusion of professional beneficiaries in the relevant formal professional sectors. Train and facilitate professional training in the various fields that govern the hospitality industry, and then match the job to the applicant’s needs.
