2026-2027 STRATEGIC EXPANSION.

Empower 450 Women Through Skills & Employment

The Africa Ithemba Network is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 236-209) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO 930089044) based in Cape Town, South Africa. to empowering disadvantaged women and youth through practical skills training and employment opportunities.
Since 2019, we have helped hundreds of women gain the skills and confidence needed to enter the workforce and build sustainable livelihoods.

We aim to train 450+ women annually in:

Hospitality
Healthcare Assistance
Digital Administration

Our programmes go beyond training — we prepare participants for real jobs through workplace readiness and job placement support

Project Pillars: Why This Matters

Our organization is currently preparing for a Strategic Expansion Project scheduled for September 2026. Having outgrown our current capacity, we are transitioning to a larger training facility in Parow to accommodate up to 453 beneficiaries across three high-impact programme streams:

We have developed a comprehensive project proposal with a total funding requirement of R1,037,985 (€52,556). This investment will cover essential equipmen.

Scaling Our Impact in Cape Town

As a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO 236-209) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO 930089044), we are authorised to issue Section 18A tax certificates for all contributions, offering a significant tax benefit to our partners and donors.
